Tips and tricks to Face Job Interviews

The most thrilling moment is when we face live interviews. Here are some tips in dealing with questions and answers in the interview that may be useful for you.

1. Tell me what advantages do you have?
Answers :
- I easily adapt to different situations and conditions
- I was able to motivate yourself and others
- I am a person who was always enthusiastic and creative
- I can solve problems and make informed decisions.

2. What are your weaknesses
Answers :
- I may be too perfectionist
- Sometimes I work until forgot the time
- I was too firm and not compromise with the rules.

Remember that you have to disguise your weakness, don't say it openly about your weakness to the interviewers.

3. Three-and Five-Year again what your expectations?
- I hope to get a promotion to a better position
- I hope to keep working here and get
more responsibility.

4. Why did you leave your old job?
- I need to gain greater responsibility
- A lot of my ideas are not accepted due to the rigid labor system
- My old job did not allow for promotion.

5. What do you like or dislike in your old job
- I like working atmosphere compact
- I was disappointed that the possibility of developing was very limited
- I like meeting new people
- Systems company was too rigid and deny change

4 follow-up question is a question that requires both creativity and hard to be prepared, Questions which are asked to assess how the candidates behave
in their experiences in the past.

6. Give an example of a mistake you've ever made and how do you fix it?
- I never give refunds to any wrong a customer, after realizing I was talking
with the customer and explain the case sits. then cancel the check payment.

7. When you have a great idea, what ideas they will be, and how do you 'sell' to your superiors?
- I prepare the table and contains comparative data what is done now with my idea, which shows more profitable, I showed this to my boss so as to make him happy. a few days later, my idea starts.

8. Tell me about a time when your ethics tested?
- There was a time I intend to fire one's boss for allegedly doing something that was not done. then I said to the boss, to consider back because the person may sue the company and likely to win, the boss finally cancel dismissal. Given these events, I also not long in the company.

9. If you have a short deadline but still much work left, what would you do?
I try to share some of my duties to the partners, and work overtime until the job is assigned completed on time.

Important point in the interview:

- Prepare yourself for the Questions which
may arise.
- Do not lie
- Trying to make the connection between the answers to
job you seek.
- Don't answer the questions so fast., think first
- Do not criticize the boss / old company
- By a voice clear and confident
- wear clothes and appearance which are polite and tidy
- Do not be late.
