Everyone want to improve themself. But it just few of them who really do the right action. Here is some tips for you who want to manage your life to be better than before.
1. Make a list
listing about what you should do and make check mark after you did it will make better feeling. U can feel satisfied when you see that you can finish something as you want.
2. Don't be pesimistic. Just think that you can! Then u will get the goal.
3. Take break for sometimes when you feel bored. Juts go outside. Take fresh air. enjoy everything around you. After 10 minutes,then go back again to your work. You will be amazing to see how the breaking time will improve your working.
4. Give appreciation to yourself. When you succeed doing something, give yourself a reward. Have fun and enjoy the time for sometime.
But if you fail doing something, dont blame yourself. Never give up,just try and try again.
5. thanksfull and gratefull. Take a bit of time out each day to be thankful and grateful for what you’ve got and what you have achieved. You’ll be amazed at how much better it makes you feel.
6. Look for the good side, not the bad side. By turning this around and seeing and seeking the good around them, they change their mindset, opening them up to achievement.
