countries, there are many people who implement
healthy life style behaviors in line with the
movement of cancer prevention.
Here are following some steps which are recommended to prevent cancer:
1. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, such as tempeh, tofu and foods that contain lots of fiber. At least one or two times a day to consume green vegetables and fruits.
2. Avoid excessive weight gain or obesity.
Weigh your weight 1 time a week. Research
shows, due to obesity, the risk of cancer is
greater in particular breast cancer, uterus,
colon, stomach, kidney, and gallbladder.
3.Reduce to eat too much fried food ,high protein and high fat and offal.
4. Limit yourself to eat foods that are processed with high temperature and long time or with certain
treatment that can cause food prokarsinogen like marinated, smoked,baked, roasted until the exit charcoal (charred). Remember that boiled foods is the best.
5. Be careful with the use of artificial sweeteners, food dyes and preservatives are excessive. The best food is fresh food.
6. keep the food clean, diverse, and free of substances of environmental contamination.
7. Do not drink too much baverages which contain alcohol and do not smoking.
8. Doing physical activity by exercising regularly,
accompanied by mental and spiritual health
is an integral part in cancer prevention.
