Anger is one emotion that we have and is a
very human response. But this can not be
used as an excuse to maintain unhealthy
habits angry. There are some people who
have problems to control these emotions,
and often at the expense of others who are not supposed to accept their anger.

We can not deny our feelings when feeling
angry because of some things, but we can
control and to control our anger so we do
not regret later on. Because in a state of
anger, people can say or do things that are
very excessive and may not make sense, not infrequently also can be fatal.
Then how we can overcome this anger?



Consider the following 10 tips:
1. One
important key to overcoming anger is to
identify or recognize the root causes of
problems or the object of your anger. Many
people who have a chronic struggle with anger, never even really sure about what
makes them angry. When you identify the
cause of your anger, you can start dealing
with it.

2. One of the goals of one's anger can be is
to attract the attention of others to
themselves. They often feel that negative
attention is better than no attention at all. If
you do not feel loved or needed, this can be
the root cause of your anger.

3. Accept the fact that most things in this world are beyond your control. If you try to
control or to control your family, your
friends, or situations around you on an
ongoing basis, obviously you will feel
frustrated.

4. The root of your anger might be due to a
lack of forgiveness. If you do not ever
condone or forgive people who have hurt
you, you're trapped in an invisible trap that
will slowly destroy yourself.

certain words or deeds mean a specific or
particular situation.
You have to know yourself, probably hate it
came from the attitude or behavior or
words that you received in the past, then

Let's Do Jogging!

Today is my first day doing jogging.Some years ago when i was in college,i always did that. But,after I have my job,I become lazy to do it. And today i decided to start it again.So, I woke up early in the morning and prepared my sport shoes.

I choose jogging as my way to get healthy body because it is not only a simple exercise,but also it's very helpful for our body. But, if you dont do it properly,it can hurt you. Here are some tips so you can get more benefit in doing jogging:


1. Proper Footwear.
When you light exercise
such as running or jogging, the most
important things you should consider is
footwear. Make sure you wear shoes and
athletic socks. Ideally, use running shoes
that fit, fit, and conveniently installed on your feet, and replace your shoes when it is
damaged.

2. Notice Track Jogging Carefully. Make sure
you pay attention to routes and jogging
track conditions to avoid tripping and other
injuries. Stay away from steep climbs,
rocky surface, or which have a lot of
obstacles such as vehicles and other traffic.

is something that is fun, but you'll only hurt
yourself if you are not skilled in it. When
you are jogging or running on hilly terrain,
knee and foot joints of the feet will get great
pressure, therefore, you should start this activity by running a flat field and then add
the weight of pressure on your training.

3. Heating And Stretching.
When running or
jogging, for the first heating, warm up and
do it with ease. Do not run full speed, do not
stop suddenly. When you will stop, reduce speed
gradually, then you stop. Start slowly, and
end too slowly in order to avoid your muscles not to be shocked. Stretch muscles to cool a hot body
condition.

we always dreamed of having a lasting
relationship. I'll give some tips to achieve

1. Be honest
If there is something you dont like about your partner,just say it openly. You should say it when you are both alone.Discuss it carefully. Even it hurts,but it just for a while. It's better than you hold it in your heart,and then it will make you fight each other.

tips to lose your weight

Many people have problem with obesity. this problem make them dont have any confidence. That's why they always try to reduce their weight.

There are many ways that they have been tried. Like using natural materials,drugs,exercises just to lose their weight.




Here i will try to write some tips about how to lose your weight:

1. Drink plain water
Drinking plain water is a simple way to lose your weight. Do you know why? By drinking the plain water at least 2 litres a day will help your metabolic processes in the body to convert food into
energy needed. Here the water also serves
as fuel to drive the reaction the body's metabolism. So if you do not drink water,
then you can not burn calories.

2. Doing excercises regularly and anytime.
Yes,to lose your weight,you have to move your body. Do excercise regularly and anytime your body feels very fit. Doing excercise is not only in the morning,but you can also do that at afternoo or nite. And you have to move your body anytime,just like in your middle of your working,in the middle when you watch TV,etc. The more you move your body,the more callories will be burnt from your body.

3. Food
From some research on foods,there are some foods that can help
you lose weight, experts have said that
t here are some foods that are proven as a
useful food to lose weight. Food that is a
fruit wine, sardines, fruit squash, eating
beef and drinking green tea.

4. Dont drink alcohol
there is perception that alcohol in the form of taste and relaxation
effect. But that is not well recognized is that drinking alcohol can also be caused by thirst
and hunger. Maintaining order not to thirst
and not go to a bar or restaurant when
feeling hungry can suppress the amount of
your alcohol consumption.

5. Take your breakfast
Breakfast is often
not trusted as a way to lose weight, but it
turns out breakfast too useful to lose
weight. If your breakfast in the morning,
you can reduce your consumption of lunch.
Quite a banana, yogurt, cereal, bread and other snacks for containing lots of fiber and
protein will make you feel full until lunch
time arrived.

If you like to drink tea, mild green tea every day can help burn about 70 calories
more a day.

If you like to drink milk, you
should not select the full cream. Please
consumption of low fat milk beverage.

Notes:
1. Do not eat more than at 7 pm.

2. Do not eat

These days, especially in developed
countries, there are many people who implement
healthy life style behaviors in line with the

Here are following some steps which are recommended to prevent cancer:

1. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, such as tempeh, tofu and foods that contain lots of fiber. At least one or two times a day to consume green vegetables and fruits.

2. Avoid excessive weight gain or obesity.
Weigh your weight 1 time a week. Research
shows, due to obesity, the risk of cancer is
greater in particular breast cancer, uterus,
colon, stomach, kidney, and gallbladder.

3.Reduce to eat too much fried food ,high protein and high fat and offal.

4. Limit yourself to eat foods that are processed with high temperature and long time or with certain
treatment that can cause food prokarsinogen like marinated, smoked,baked, roasted until the exit charcoal (charred). Remember that boiled foods is the best.

5. Be careful with the use of artificial sweeteners, food dyes and preservatives are excessive. The best food is fresh food.

6. keep the food clean, diverse, and free of substances of environmental contamination.

7. Do not drink too much baverages which contain alcohol and do not smoking.

8. Doing physical activity by exercising regularly,
accompanied by mental and spiritual health
is an integral part in cancer prevention.

Be careful when you always feel tired!


i just wana share about this article to let you know about the possibility of your tiredness.
The most common complaint I hear is that people always feel tired. There are many causes of chronic tiredness. Sometimes it's obvious like not getting enough sleep, but other times it can be due to an underlying health issue.Chronic tiredness can be a frustrating condition. There usually isn't a simple solution to it and any medical tests are likely to come back 'normal'.



One reason for chronic tiredness is a problem with liver function. In this article I'm going to explore liver problems and how they could cause chronic tiredness.
Common symptoms of liver problems include:
· Feel tired and unrefreshed when you wake up
· Energy levels fluctuate throughout the day, with your tiredness becoming worse around mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon
· Difficulty losing weight
· Allergies and intolerances to foods that are worsening as time goes on
· Reactions to many chemicals including cleaning products, petrol, paint, perfumes, bleaches, etc.
· Problems digesting fatty/creamy/oily foods. They can make you feel unwell, nauseous or cause heart burn and reflux
· A yellowish tinge to the skin, eyes and palms of the hands
· Reactions to drugs, in particular headache tablets, antibiotics and anti-histamines
· An intolerance to alcohol
· Frequent headaches and bad breath
· Skin problems such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, general rashes, itchy skin
The liver has many roles within our body and is the hardest working organ we have. If you have a liver problem, there are two main reasons that you may experience chronic tiredness.
Firstly, the liver is our main detoxification organ and it does this three ways.
1. During Phase 1 and 2 detoxification processes, it coordinates the excretion of most wastes and toxins through the four main elimination pathways - kidneys, skin, bowels and lungs. In order to this, it may have to convert fat soluble toxins into a water soluble form.
2. Along with the kidneys, it is continuously filtering and cleansing the blood.
3. It produces bile, one of the main carriers of toxins out of the body.
If the liver becomes congested – either from a high level of toxins in the body or because bile flow is blocked or reduced – there will be a build-up of wastes and toxins in the blood stream. This can pollute the body's fluids and tissues and place an extra burden on the other eliminative organs. This situation will commonly lead to an increase in general tiredness and sluggishness as well as a number of other symptoms (see list above). This is why people who follow a detoxification programme often experience an improvement in their energy; their skin clears and they lose weight.
Secondly, the liver is involved in carbohydrate metabolism. It's especially important in maintaining a normal blood glucose level. When blood glucose levels are low, the liver can break down glycogen (the glucose stored in muscle and liver cells) into glucose and release it into the bloodstream for instant energy. The liver can also convert proteins and fatty acids into energy. Therefore, if the liver's function is compromised your blood sugar will fluctuate leading to episodic tiredness, especially around mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.
Our liver needs to be cared for and supported with a healthy diet. Certain herbal medicine, amino acids, foods and supplements can protect and regenerate the liver back to health. But remember - it's always easier to prevent something going wrong than to fix it after it's broken.

5. Interests.

My father also ever had this sickness. He always got hurt everytime he went to toilet. But, he has a friend who has traditional recipe to cure that. Here is the tips to cure hemorroids:
1. Take a clove of garlic, then grater it.
2. Then after it has been gratered, take a plastic to cover your fore finger.
3. Next, put your fore finger in the gratered garlic. Averaged it around your fore finger.
4. After that,put half of your fore finger into your anus.
At the beginning,you will feel so hot on your anus. But it just temporary(about 2 minutes). Do this treatment every 3 days. Soon you will feel the result as my father has. Now he never has bleeding again everytime he goes to toilet. Just try it, and you wont feel afraid to go to toilet again.

How to Stop Jealousy to Your Boyfriend's/girlfriend's ex?


It's a normal feeling when we have jealousy feeling to our boyfriend/girlfriend. Let's we call them our love partner. for me, who has long distance relationship,this jealousy feeling always appears and play with my mind. Sometimes i feel i am so stupid to be jealous with him because i know how much he loves me. And i feel more stupid again that the one whom i get jealous with is my boyfriend's ex.
But, finally i can deal with my jealosy. Here is some tips for you who has same feeling with me.




1. Tell to yourself constantly that you have your love partner now beside you,,not beside his/her ex. He/she always tells 'i love you'to you , not to his/her ex.

2. Spend more time with your love partner, because your jealousy actually comes because you know that they have been together for a long time but you both havent.

3. Talk with your love partner openly. Ask your love partner about how much he/she loves you. Ask him/her to answer it frankly, and you have to be ready to hear anything. Remember,whatever they will answer,you shouldn't be angry,because it's the truth. And knowing the truth is the best way to heal our jealousy. If their ex has something better than us,so we have to accept that and encourage us to be better than them.

Just remember one think,,jealousy always make us think abnormal. Always make us angry. Just try to handle it,and deal with it. Try to solve the problem and find the answer about why should you feel jealos with them? Once you get the answer, good or bad answer, you have to accept that,and make it as your lesson to change you as better person for your love partner.

2. Don't be pesimistic. Just think that you can! Then u will get the goal.

3. Take break for sometimes when you feel bored. Juts go outside. Take fresh air. enjoy everything around you. After 10 minutes,then go back again to your work. You will be amazing to see how the breaking time will improve your working.

4. Give appreciation to yourself. When you succeed doing something, give yourself a reward. Have fun and enjoy the time for sometime.
But if you fail doing something, dont blame yourself. Never give up,just try and try again.

5. thanksfull and gratefull. Take a bit of time out each day to be thankful and grateful for what you’ve got and what you have achieved. You’ll be amazed at how much better it makes you feel.

6. Look for the good side, not the bad side. By turning this around and seeing and seeking the good around them, they change their mindset, opening them up to achievement.

The title of this article is a little shocking, Isn't it? Because no one can think of love and destruction together. But love does destroy. How? Let us examine.

There is a story of a prince in India. He was in great love with his wife and never wanted to be without her. One day, an enemy king attacked him, but the prince did not want to go out and fight. He did not want to be away from his princess. The princess realized this and she asked the prince to go out for a minute. After sometime, a maid brought the head of princess to the prince with the dying message of the princess. 'Let our love not destroy you. You are a prince and you must save your state from the enemies. I am giving up my life so that you can carry out your duties properly.' Does this small story tell us anything? What lessons can we draw from this? Love attracts with the strength that is incomparable.
Many of us are extremely talented. Our talent can create a big difference to the world. We can help the world fight poverty, injustice and produce a better life for all. But some of us fall in frenzied love. This love is all encompassing. This love takes over our life. We see nothing but our sweetheart everywhere. For us, all the other work becomes insignificant. We lose our focus and are centered on our love like a mad person. This eats away the vitals of our personality.

For a person in deep and fanatic love, nothing matters other than love. All other talents take a back seat and the only driver is love. This kind of love destroys. Love that could have been very inspiring, manages to destroy. This is the irony of love.

To save yourselves from such destruction, you must always keep a level headed approach towards everything. You must sit back and reflect. Find out if you are missing larger goals? Think about time management and thought management. Discuss this out with your sweetheart. He/She will surely help you in such a situation. One who loves you, wants you to grow. So discuss this. I Just Want to Share

Just now I watched a news on TV about something funny. It made me laugh so much. I want to share about this to all of my friends but i wont tell you their name or their city.

That time i was laying on my sofa watching TV. Then I heard the TV newscaster told that there was a husband who wanted to divorce his wife. Do you know why? Let's see his reason..

Few months ago,he know his wife from one of the famous social networking. Then they fell in love each other. They arranged their meeting somewhere in mall. And after that meeting,their love getting stronger untill they want to get married.

So,the story continued..

They got married. Both of their family came and celebrated their marriage.

But after six months,the husband felt there was something wrong with his wife. Why? Because his wife was refused to be touched. And somehow,finally the husband found the reason.

She is male!

Yeah,,he married with a male...:-)

Can u believe that his fake wife could hide his id for 6 month!

that's why his husband wanted to divorce him,,hihihi,,
