continuing recipe for vegan,easy daily vegetarian cuisine,i will try to give you another fresh cuisine which is called tomato and avocado salad.
Here is the ingredient:
* 1 c fresh mozzarella Or feta cheese, cubed
* ½ cucumber, seeded (optional) and diced
* 1 large ripe tomato, diced
* ¼ c red onion, diced
* 1 avocado, diced
* several T excellent olive oil
* dash of salt
Tools :
* bowl and knife
Steps:
Toss the cheese with the various vegetables, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately. If you're not going to eat the salad right away, I recommend combining everything except the avocado. You can add that at the last minute to keep it from getting mushy and turning brown.
