how to make chilli green sambal
Ingredients: 8 red finger - length chillies,deseeded, 1 tablespoon shrimp paste, dry roasted, 1 tablespoon shaved palm sugar or dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
steps : grind all ingredient to a smooth paste in a mortar or blender . For a more fiery sambal,subtitute bird-eye chilies for for the finger-length chilies.
